REFUND POLICY We are required to receive all returns within 21 days from the date of shipment. A 15% restocking fee is applied if the item is received after 21 days from the date of shipment. Any order sent back without an RAN, non-defective remorse return, or refused by the recipient will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 1. Please contact us for a return authorization number (RAN) to place on the original sales slip and the outside shipping label. Do not write any jewelry related words on the outside box or shipping label, for example, do NOT write Diamonds or Jewelry. We can not be responsible items stolen during return shipping. Double box the item and insure for the full value with a signature upon receipt. A delivery confirmation will not suffice as this can not assure that the package was indeed received by someone from our company. 2. In the box, please include the items, all boxes, certificates, original invoice, promotional items, and all other documents that you received in your original package.
